With the current COVID lockdown continuing, I thought I’d share some pics from the last shoot I did from outside of Paisley. As it happens, that shoot took place at the start of last November when I ventured down to sunny Govan to take some shots of Pacific Quay. A location I hadn’t taken pictures of in 6 years.

The Calm Clyde; Millennium Bridge, Glasgow, 6 November 2020, F/18.0, 1/30s, ISO 400, 11mm

The Armadillo & The Hydro; Pacific Quay, Glasgow, 6 November 2020, F/8.0, 1.6s, ISO 800, 10mm
A couple of shots from this shoot have already been, shall we say, seen. Some shots of the Science Centre were posted on my Instagram at the time, as well as a long exposure taken on the Finnieston Street Bridge – or the Squinty Bridge as it’s better known. And if you’ve got one of my calendars, you may be familiar with at least one of these shots.

Approaching The City; Bells Bridge, Pacific Quay, Glasgow, 6 November 2020, F/9.0, 1.3s, ISO 400, 16mm

To The Armadillo; Pacific Quay, Glasgow, 6 November 2020, F/8.0, 1.6s, ISO 800, 10mm
Until now though, I’ve not known how to show these pictures. Well, here they are and I hope you enjoy!
Loved the sky in the Millenium Bridge shot but I think all the photographs are stupendous.
