Wanted to take pics there for ages, but that area had always been locked off. Finally managed to get in at the start of 2020. It was a wet, wild moody day. One of the other pics taken on this shoot was a set of pictures in Gardner Street, Partick. Including, if you’ve got my calendar, this months featured shot which as the same moody vibe!
Buddie & His Camera 
Have just read your intro. I’m made the journey in the opposite direction to you. I used to use a DSLR but the weight of the equipment plus the joints getting dodgy has led me to the compact system (the bridge, I think). I carry a Lumix for general photography but a smaller Sony for the fantastic zoom it has. My earlier photography was all slides but, how time flies, I’ve just realized, I’ve been digital now for a long, long time.
